Quadra has developed a Silverlight application for Laidler Software Group, a product which markets to Realtors.
This version is created in Silverlight 2.

Laidler Software's basic key requirements and in the application, which have been implemented with great approval:
- A map view control supportig Google Maps & Virtual Earth
- A media viewer, for pictures of homes and 3D tours
- Floorplan viewer
- Integration with MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- Tabbed navigation
- An administration suite
These requirements along with the ability to display hundreds of listings on the map and no delay between clicking of homes and home detail information.

Main Application
Our starting page is a map showing locations of the agent's listed homes. The price, type of home (apartment/house/lot/etc) and number of rooms are all filterable. Filtered results show up on the map without any delay. Move the map around/zoom in or out without refreshing/clicking buttons to instantly see homes according to search criteria.
This is the second view type; Gallery View. Listings can be instantly filtered and sorted as with the map. This view type lets users see pictures of many properties at a glance.
Switch tabs to see images, map etails, further text details, a layout plan, etc.
Displayed is a part of the media viewer; viewing images associated with the property. Also available is a 3D virtual tour.
