Outsource Development Centers (ODC):
If your company requires a dedicated permanent/semi-permanent team, the average cost per engineer per month is as low as 2000, and not to exceed 3000. Each ODC must contain at least one senior programmer, so the cost for smaller teams is higher than larger teams.

Per Project Billing:
Billing can be a set amount for a project, or per. month.
Based on client project documentation, we will evaluate project work flow and create a spreadsheet of the billing structure, divided into hours per task's Research and Planning, Design (XAML & mockups), Development, and Testing/Revision.
For Fixed bid projects, billing is 25% after arrival at project start, 25% at a date specified by contract, with project landmark requirements to be accomplished by that date, and 50% upon completion.
Senior level developers are billed at 3500/month. Our other experts are billed at 2500 per month.
Small Projects:
Projects that require less than one man month (840 hours) are billed at 20 per hour.
