James Laidler brings his entrepreneurial vision and sets the strategic direction for the company's growth and development.

He brings to this role over a decade of experience in building high performance software centers in both India and China. His particular strength lies in building companies to attain the highest standards through the quality and excellence of the teams he builds around him.

James has over two decades of experience in IT management and software development. His exceptional project management skills make Quadra's outsourcing fly.

 

Geng Fei / Coffee

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Fei has near a decade of experience in the field of software engineering.  Prior to joining Quadra, he was a Senior
Programmer and Project manager for a 300+ person sofware company, Evermore. 

Coffee has attained a bachelor's in Computer Science from Nanjing University.  He serves as an expert to all the staff
in any questions of software design, data structure, database design/integration, syntactical questions, and much more.
Mr. Fei has been working with us to exclusively develop and manage complex Silverlight applications since our company's
China R&D office was established.

 

Guo YuFeng / Michael

Project Manager, Head of Development

Michael is a Computer Science graduate of Nanjing University, where he studied network communication software, data structures,
software design patterns, etc. 

He is an invaluable asset at Quadra, bringing experience from his past six years as a software engineer and project manager
working on MRP, tax audit, and communication systems for two large Chinese software companies.  Michael is a Silverlight-know-it-all
and Silverlight lover.  A complete understanding of all Silverlight technologies and development processes as well as a fluency in
English makes him a great asset to our team.  He has been with us since the first days of our prescence in China. 

 

Li Cheng / Peter

Senior Level Developer

Mr. Li carries a bachelor's degree majoring in Computer Science.  He brings to quadra extensive work experience from his
past as a lead developer in an outsourcing firm which provided software systems for Japan's largest telephone corporation, NTT.

He is a great developer and extremely proficient at Silverlight development.

 

Cui Wang Hui / Eddy

Senior Level Developer

Mr. Cui has a degree in Computer Science and four years of experience as a software engineer.  His work experience includes three
years at a large Shanghai software company providing design and development of Enterprise Management Systems to their outsourcing
customers. 

Eddy believes Silverlight is the future of the internet, and is an expert at its development.

 

Hu Shun Yan / Anne

Designer

Mrs. Hu graduated from Nanjing University of Art and is our source for UI improvements in Silverlight, and traditional html/css
web development.  She has two years of experience in web-design.  She is a key to our aesthetic success.
